Vampy Makeup Look

Ive never been one for bold lips, I own many lipsticks, but always shy out and opt for nudes. I went as a vampire for Halloween and was in love with my lips. So I decided to recreate a look which would make the lipstick more wearable without all of the fake blood! I think this colour/style makeup suits all different skin colours, from the palest (me) to people with darker skin.

Eyebrows are probably one of the first things people notice about me. I don't know if its because I'm from Liverpool and 'scousebrows' are embedded into my DNA, but I can't leave the house without my 'eyebrows on'. I always get random people complementing them so thought it's maybe time to share my secret, ha!

Monthly Favourites | September

What way to return to your blog after a few months than a monthly favourites? I've finished University and I'm slowly starting to get a life schedule together again and have found so many things I want to blog about! Reviews, hauls and just general rants about different things. So I'm finally going to fall in love with blogging again and am aiming for a posts a week.. Fingers crossed!

Superdrug Beauty Haul

Recently I went into Superdrug and did quite a bit of damage to bank account. Like most trips to Superdrug/Boots, I only went in for one item and ended up coming out with a lot more. I think it might be impossible to go beauty product shopping without over spending!

Plus Size Wars | I'm Back

So as you might be able to tell, I haven’t posted in a few months. The main reason for this is simply being FINAL YEAR OF UNI. I literally can’t believe how fast university has flown by, it upsets me if I think about it for too long! Last summer when I created this blog, I was absolutely obsessed with writing it and planning new blog posts. Slowly, this blog became my last priority between trying to balance university, work and a blog, whilst still having a social life. The amount of times I have gone to write my first welcome back post, but decided to wait a week is unreal. I still buy new things and think ‘ooh, I can add this to my monthly favourites!’ but never get round to doing it. But tonight (when I wrote this) I watched a programme called Plus Size Wars, and it really inspired me to get back into blogging.

Halloween | Last Year

Today I bought my Halloween outfit for this year! I'm on a pretty tight budget recently, so bought the cheapest thing I could find. For the past two years I have been a cat and a leopard.. Both original and scary.. So this year I thought I would actually go as something somewhat scary. It's still not particularly scary, but it's one of the things I'm scared of most in life..

Autumn | My Favourite Season

Autumn is officially here and I am so happy! For me autumn is by far the best season. As a child I feel like I overlooked autumn as it was the awkward season in-between my summer holiday and Christmas. Now it’s the great season in between being sweaty and being freezing. I am one of those people who is always hot, so when its summer it means being pretty sweaty. I am also not a massive fan of summer clothes. I don’t mind winter weather so much, but I do prefer the weather above 0 degrees.

September | Month in Pictures

As I have mentioned a few times on other blog posts, September was quite a busy month for me. I moved back to Uni and into a new house, was ill numerous times and went out quite a bit. I wasn't planning on doing one of these month in pictures posts as I don't use Instagram a lot, and that's what other bloggers use to do this type of post. But after waiting for what feels like forever, I finally got a new phone. The iPhone 6! So all of these photos are from my iPhone which means they are only from half a month (19th September).

Baking | University Style

Today I was having a lazy Sunday with two of my housemates Lucy and Dill, and we decided to finally make the Barbie cupcakes which have been sat in the cupboard for ages. Nars Sheer Glow Foundation and Eyeliner

I have been lusting after Nars Sheer Glow Foundation for so long, as its been raved about by pretty much every beauty blogger. If you have read my previous blog post about what foundation I normally use, then you will know I find it quite hard to find foundation which suits my skin type. I find that although MAC Pro Longwear foundation is great for my skin as it gives me a long lasting full coverage, it feels a little thick on my skin. 

Things I've Learnt From Blogging So Far

This Summer I decided it was time to make a blog. I've started so many over the past few years which I haven't taken seriously enough, so have never had more than a few blog posts on. After finding I had far too much spare time on my hands over the Summer, I created Peach Blossom. I have been blogging properly for just over a month now and I have learnt so much about the 'blogging world' which I didn't know before.

New University Bedroom!

So I have just moved into my new University house and I love it! I've come back to Manchester for the week to move in a few bits and do a few shifts in work so I haven't fully moved in yet. I've only moved in things that I know I wont need when I go back home for a few weeks before I officially move in. That's why my wardrobes so bare and there's not much decoration.

I will be the first to say that I can be a makeup snob and will always think cheap makeup is really bad. MTV VMA Awards 2014 Red Carpet

The MTV VMA Awards were held last Sunday in LA. Although I was interested in who won the awards, I was more interested in what everyone wore on the red carpet. For me, I think the VMA Awards is an award show were you can take risks and don't have to be as formal as other award shows. So this is the first blog post for the #TeenBlogSeries and it is to do a 10 facts about me. I have already done a random facts about me post so I decided to google about me questions and came up with a post from http://allysrandomage.blogspot.co.uk/2007/06/101-random-questions.html. There is 800 random questions on it so instead of searching through them all, I found a number generator and these were the 10 numbers which came out first.
